The Problem
Vaccine cold chain has no tolerance for an outage, and the coastal location eats ordinary mounting hardware within a few years.
What We Built
A 5 kW array on marine-grade hot-dip frames, a 15 kWh bank giving three days of cold-chain autonomy, and a separately fused critical board for refrigeration and the treatment room.
The Result
No cold-chain break since commissioning. The clinic's maintenance contract includes a quarterly corrosion inspection specific to the site.
