Services

From Survey to Switch-On

One crew owns the whole chain — audit, design, fabrication, install, commissioning, monitoring. Nothing gets handed to a subcontractor who has never seen your site.

Site survey & load audit

01

We measure rather than estimate. For anything above 5 kW we log your actual consumption for a week before quoting, and walk the roof or ground area with you.

1 VISIT + 7 DAYS LOGGING

System design & engineering

02

Array, bank, inverter and protection sized from the audit, with single-line diagrams and a written appliance schedule so expectations are explicit.

DRAWINGS + LOAD SCHEDULE

Battery bank supply & commissioning

03

Bank built, cell-balanced and capacity-verified on site. You get the commissioning report with measured figures, not manufacturer claims.

CAPACITY TEST REPORT

Mounting & racking fabrication

04

Cut and galvanised in our own workshop to your site's pitch and wind exposure. No forcing an imported kit onto a roof it was never made for.

IN-HOUSE WORKSHOP

Installation & wiring

05

Our own crew, our own tools, DC and AC side both. Critical loads split onto a separately fused board wherever an outage actually costs something.

GEARUP CREW ONLY

Remote monitoring

06

Telemetry on every bank we sell. We watch state-of-charge and cell balance and act on drift before it becomes capacity loss.

24/7 ALERTING

Upgrades & retrofits

07

Rescuing somebody else’s install is how this company started. We audit what’s there, keep what’s good, and replace what was undersized.

ANY EXISTING SYSTEM

Not sure which you need?

Start with the load audit. Everything else follows from what it finds.

Single-line drawings, appliance schedule, and a quote with partner-sourced parts shown at landed cost.

Fabrication and install

Racking cut in our workshop, array and bank installed by our crew, critical loads separated on their own board.

WEEKS 3–5
04

Commissioning and handover

Capacity test, balance check, telemetry live, and a walkthrough of what the system will and will not carry.
